It is comfort combined with modern living and prime location. This beauty is tucked down a private and very quiet drive way and fitted with great neighbours. This lovely homes features a great sized kitchen for the chef of the house to show off their skills, a living area (with heat pump) which flows to the dining room and then carry on through the large bi-fold doors out onto the sunny deck to enjoy a BBQ, breakfast or coffee. As you wander through, you will discover 2 double sized rooms built in wardrobes, a bathroom which includes toilet, shower and vanity (soon to be undergoing a makeover!). For the added convenience you will find a separate laundry area, which leads right out to the back area to hang up your washing.
