7 Melton Road Mt Wellington, Auckland City

This three bedroom weatherboard home on its own site gives plenty of room for the children to play safely.

With north facing living areas and an upgraded kitchen, make this a very comfortable home. The indoor/outdoor flow to the rear of the property is ideal for BBQ's over those coming warmer months.

The home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac which even has its own corner dairy for those Saturday newspapers. Still some potential to enhance further.
