28B Hamlin Road Mt Wellington, Auckland City

Fabulous 3brm old world home where the ambience shines through. Bask in the sunshine on the porch while watching the children play safely in fully fenced yard. Privately tucked away down a ROW this home is fantastic for its sunny northfacing outdoor living areas. When relocated on site it was re-plumbed, re-wired, and re-piled. Large, internal access garage and additional gated parking space make for secure access.

Situated in an ideal location, handy to the Sylvia Park Shopping Mall and train station.
